About Found in Haworth

A free way for Haworth's shops and bars to reunite visitors with things they have left behind. Items stay with the shop that holds them. Each shop decides whether a claim is genuine, and any postage is between the shop and the owner.

What we keep

• We do not ask visitors for a name or account.
• If you choose to give an email, it is hidden from shops and used only to tell you about your claim or report. It is deleted when the claim closes, or after 30 days on a lost report.
• Messages and answers are removed within 30 days of an item being closed.
• A scrambled version of your connection address is kept with a claim to prevent misuse, and removed with it.
• Shops give us their business contact details so that we can run the service.
